magical stay

perfect room size lovely view friendly staff garden view

the room size were perfect for my family. the view from the room were lovely, it overlooked the gardens. my kids enjoy it the big size of the room. i find the staff to be friendly.

i noticed the cups in my room, i don't think they were cleaned adequately. i did spot some residue on the inside, i just rinsed it myself.

the selection of foods were excellent. the quality in all restaurants seemed good. the Disney Characters were present at the hotel which was fantastic for the children and some adults too.

The rooms were spacious well appointed. the beds were comfy and gave me good rest. i appreciate the capsule coffee machine in the room and the mini fridge. They were very convenient.

the pool area has lifeguards on duty. it had a great slide and closes late, so you have more time to use it. luggage storage were available, very helpful after check-out.
